This is a new small business which is am hoping will take off.

We are living in on the south coast of New South Wales and while doing a Barista's course recently, the tutor running the course gave me the idea. Creamy Caramel Fudge

After the course had concluded I approached the couple who run a small business in town called 'Something's Brewing', located in The Oldest House in Town. 'Town' being the lovely seaside village of Ulladulla.

The Fabulous Fudge is handmade from fresh good quality ingredients. Creamy Caramel Fudge at $4.75 per 100g (plus postage and handling). Wholesale rates are also available.

So far so good ... I am on to my second batch in only a week and a half, so that is not too bad .... don't you think!
