It's FREE to add your banner.

You can add upto 10 banners, but it's better to just add 1 banner per day. When you have 10 banners, you will not be able to place a new banner into the TOP position unless you first delete a banner from your collection.

This site gets some good clicks.

There will soon be a Featured Banner section where Opportunity Dock members will be able to pay a small fee and have their banner stay in the Featured section for 1 week.
